Spicy Cilantro Dressing
I didn't want to rate this recipe just wanted to let you know of an easier way with less ingredients. 1 Cup heavy cream 1 Cup mayonnaise 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, chopped. 3 serrano peppers chopped. 2 to 3 handfuls of cilantro squeeze of lemon or lime juice salt/pepper to taste. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. That's it. I use on fish, vegi dip, tacos just about anything you can think of. Very good

Cilantro Serrano Cream Sauce
This is the best sauce. My whole family loved it. I think I will use only 2 cloves of garlic next time. I'm goingt to try a chicken pizza using this as this base. Store bought rotisserie chicken, this sauce and your imagination. Great recipe, glad I tried it. Thanks

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
i do the same thing with brussel sprouts.Trim ends of brussel sprouts, cut large ones in half. Throw into a large zoploc, drizzel with olive oil and kosher salt. toss to coat. lay out on a baking sheet and put into oven at 400 degrees and broil for 40 to 45 mins. They are great and the leaves that fall off taste like potato chips. My 13 year old son actually asks for these.
