Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Wow, these are good. I think I'll be making these every fall! (at least) As others have said, they're a soft, almost cake-like cookie, perfectly spiced. I made them exactly as the recipe said, save the icing which I didn't (after tasting them) feel they needed. Took about 14 minuted to bake. Make sure you smooth out the tops before baking (with damp hands makes it easier) as they don't "smooth out" too much in the oven. YUMM!!

Caramel Corn I

I halved this recipe (and omitted the nuts) to suit a bag of microwave popcorn, and it worked out perfectly! Next time I think I might add a bit more sugar/less fat, because I fancy it to be a bit too greasy. But a very good recipe, perfect for movie night!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

WOW. Very very good. The only change I made was to the filling: I ran out of icing sugar so I improvised a filling, simply mixing peanut butter with a little maple syrup. Turned out great! But I obviously can't compare to the recipe filling. I think next time I'll make the cookies a bit smaller, stacking two full-size cookies together with filling creates a bit of a monster cookie. Mine were perfectly cooked around 7-8 minutes, careful not to overcook!

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Very good! And super super easy and using common ingredients, which is basically all I look for in a recipe! (Substitutions I made: white flour for whole wheat, maple syrup for honey, and soy milk for regular milk) Definitely not a sandwich bread, but a very good munching bread! Next time I'll probably double the recipe as the loaf is kinda small.

Bran Flax Muffins

I agree with everyone, these muffins are amazing and foolproof! Nothing I can change ruins them! The biggest change I've made is cutting out the eggs all together (I started the recipe before I realised that we had run out), but they turned out great anyway! Really easy, healthy, and yummeh!!

Biscotti

Very good basic recipe. And very easy using common ingredients! My dad is italian and always compares biscotti to his old nonna's, and i think these stood up pretty well. The only problem I had was after cutting and returning them to the oven.. they browned very quickly, and on the bottoms as well, so i didnt have to flip them.
