This was a delicious side dish- I wasn't sure what to do with it at first. I served it at a family dinner with turkey and potatoes (and all that goes with it :)). It disappeared fast- It was so good! This will become a regular side in our house. I also made this and froze it before baking for part of my OAMC. Comes out perfect!

Pretty good- I used fresh pumpkin turned out moist -almost too much- tried cooking them longer. Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Could still use more cinnamon.

I tried making these twice- They are not what I would call fudgy- they are dense with a spongy texture. The flavor is ok. I will not be making this recipe again.
