These were delicious! I could not find the Goya discs, so I used egg roll skins. They worked well. I will definately make them again.

Cannoli

I used just the filling and filled store purchased Cannoli shells. I made the filling using just a little lemon and orange peel, as suggested. While they tasted good, the texture was a little gritty. The next day, after sitting in the refrigerator they did taste better. I think I might have taken out too much liquid from the Ricotta cheese.

Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

I decided to make this cheesecake because it's true Italian with the use of Ricotta. I followed the ingredients; exactly. I also used a water bath by adding warm water and wrapping the 9" spring pan in foil, so that the water would not seep into the pan. I let it sit, after cooked, in the oven for 2 hours and then refrigerated overnight. Let me say--this is the BEST cheesecake that we have ever had! By "we" I mean about 12 people for dessert on Christmas. Everyone there was from New York (we now live in Texas) and they were beyond impressed. I was asked for the recipe by everyone. I will be making this again for New Year's Eve for some local friends. THIS IS A KEEPER and I will be making it often!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Party Italian Wedding Soup

This is a great recipe! I made it for my husband and gave some to my neighbor friends. Everyone raved about it. My husband asked if I would make it again it is the best he has ever had. I was impressed with this creation and made the meatballs as suggested with 1/2 pork & 1/2 ground beef along with bread crumbs & parmesan cheese. Perfectly delicious!

Osso Buco

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

This green bean casserole was a huge hit this Thanksgiving. I will never go back to the cream of mushroom & french onion one again. I did use a 1/4 cup less on the sour cream and added extra garlic & herb spices because of previous comments. It was perfect!

Easy Sausage Stuffing
