I am a professional web developer and it is my full-time job. I build complex, custom php and mysql scripting for web sites all over the world. It can be a stressful job at times to meet deadlines. But, I do love the work and have been programming since the age of 10. I am a 100% southern gal as I grew up in the south and didn't move away from there until 2006. So, I know how to cook all those famous southern dishes that are taught by other southern cooks that you are around down there. And, eating is everything to a southerner ... it's just the way you are raised and everything revolves around eating. Though I'm southern, I do like to eat gourmet type foods as well and now that I live in the midwest, I'm finding my taste buds changing and I'm like more meat dishes as well. I was about 16 years old and was going to make my grandfather's wife some biscuits. Well, I picked up the cornmeal instead and didn't know any better at that time. The biscuits were pretty bad!
