Sausage and Egg Casserole
This needs to be cooked a LOT longer than 40 minutes. Mine was in for almost an hour and my oven has never been off kilter. Otherwise, the taste is fantastic.

Chorizo Breakfast Burritos
great taste, definitely has potential. i would cut the chorizo in half and add more eggs. or better yet, after cutting the chorizo in half, i might scramble the eggs separately then combine. the eggs get lost in the chorizo. great flavor though!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
I made this last year for thanksgiving and it was a huge hit!! Has anyone baked this in advance? It doesn't travel well uncooked, so I thought of preparing it the morning of, and baking it half through. Any thoughts?
