Spanish Chicken
We really liked this recipe. It was so easy to make. We thought the cinnamon was a little strange, but we loved the rice. We will definitely be making this again....only without the cinnamon. It was nice to eat something different. Thank you.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
FINALLY!!! I've been testing recipes to find the perfect one for me. This is definitely it. It's not flat and it's not "cakey." It's as good or better than the dough you can buy in the store. This will be the only chocolate chip cookie recipe I use now.
