About this Cook
I was born in S. Korea and moved to California when I was 11 years old. Then my husband, 4 kids and I moved to China in 2006 and we don't have many western restaurants here so I cook for my family all the time. My family is the greatest fan of my cooking so I continue to cook for them.

Simple Time Pork Chops
I made this for our Thursday cooking class and it was a hit! I think it only took me less then 5 minutes to prepare and 35 minutes in the oven and they were perfect. I marinated them in salt and pepper and garlic before I put the butter and mayo mixture on top.
