Skillet Bow Tie Lasagna
I was so ready for this recipe to be so so, but it was great! I used ground turkey instead of beef and I followed others' suggestions to double all the spices. I added extra water as needed. Also threw in some diced red bell peppers to use them up. Very quick and easy, and a great meal.
