STOP! You don't need to look any further, these are by far the BEST pumpkin cookies EVER! Thanks Gina for sharing. I used one of the pie pumpkin I grew, boiled and pureed, great fresh flavor. As other reviewer suggested, I used 3/4 c. each brown and white sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, also added a heaping TBLS. cream cheese to the icing. I will be making this again and again.

This was delicious. I made it in the crock pot. Sliced the chicken, used sweet onion, cilantro instead of oregano, put some cumin in and a few splashes of tequilla and used key limes, right before serving I stirred in fresh chopped cilantro. It was polished off even the kids loved it.
