Rosemary Garlic Rub
This was really good. I put these on some rib eyes and let them sit over night in fridge. Took them out of fridge 1/2 hr before cooking. Cooked on really high heat for a minute or two on each side, then moved to indirect heat for about 5-6 minutes each side. Perfect medium-rare. Loved the flavor but I think I would used just a little bit less salt, but still a great rub

White Chili I
Great recipe. I did as others did and used two cans of beans. One can of beans I mashed up, this helped to thicken. I also used two 7 oz cans of green chilies. To spice things up I added some hot sauce and a little chili powder. I will definantly make again

Cheddar Baked Chicken
Great recipe. I used corn flakes because thats all I had on hand. I also crushed some cheddar french fried onions to add to the bread crumbs. Will make again.
