My name is William. I've been living on my own for about a year now. And I've discovered the art of cooking.I'm a full time hair stylist and in my spare time I write, compose, and listen to a lot of music. I shoot as much film as I can in my spare time. I'm a big fan of posed classic photography, along with dramatic scenery and portraits. The rest of my time is spent with friends and family. I like to have people over every night. So I'm always thinking of something else random to cook. Food is up there in the favorites' list. I love to cook chicken. All types of chicken. When I was younger it was Sunday afternoons. Stew beef and gravy, white rice, potatoes, home made biscuits, roasted potatoes and green beans, home grown corn, and whatever dessert we had that day. Some more of course would be Thanksgiving turkey.. and Christmas hams, with all the fixings to go along with those. My favorite sandwich.. of course from my mother... is peanut butter and jelly. JIF ONLY. with any grape. I was a sandwich artist for 4 years at Subway.. so I make a hell of a sandwich! No matter what kind. I've also mastered the art of baking chicken.lol. Home made potato chips and wedges. Slop casserole... which actually came from a cooking tragedy. pumpkin seeds with cinnamon, sugar and salt. Burnt bacon.. smoking up the whole house. oops. Burnt potato chips, croûtons, I'm sure there are more... I'll get back to you on that one.
