Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Chocoholic rated this cake a five-star. It was as pretty as it was moist and delicious. I used two boxes of 3.4 oz Instant Choc Pudding mixes as I did not have the size called for. Powdered sugar lightly dusted over top was all it needed to complete.

Oven Baked Jambalaya

Five stars because the entire family thought it was great, even my teenager who generally dislikes "spicy". Yes, I did experience the same complaints as others in that the rice was mushy in areas, mainly the bottom, but it really was delicious in spite of this. It made for many leftovers even after cutting the recipe in half. If I could perfect this to look like the picture above, it would definitely be worth serving for company. Made Adrienne's Cucumbers and Cheddar Biscuits as sides, both are equally delicious recipes from Allrecipes and complement the Jambalaya.

Better Than Sex Cake II

I didn't have a cake cover so mistakenly used Saran Wrap. The icing stuck to the plastic wrap even though it was loosly applied which altered the pretty appearance of the cake. Aside from my human error, though, a great tasting cake. Next time I'll add more chocolate/toffee bars (used three Skor bars this time).

While my husband and I enjoyed this recipe, I doubt I will make it for company as the odor of the beer is prominent, likely to turn some people off. Otherwise, tasty!
