Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Simply briskly stirring these after they boiled for 25 minutes made a fantastic batch of fluffy mashed potatoes. I never had to use a mixer, nor a traditional masher! Doubled and heated the butter and milk (used part Heavy Cream and part whole milk) prior to mixing. I found the salt needed doubling also.
