I am a 23 yr old southern girl. Born and raised in Mississippi. I have been cooking since I was about 5 or 6. I love to learn new things. I seem to learn something new about cooking everyday. I love to bake. This is something I have just really gotten into. I am really excited about learning new techniques. I love love love hot pepper grits! That is my fav holiday traditional food. I have recently learned how to make pie crust. Now I am about to learn how to make MM fondant! Biscuits, it seems I never put enough oil in them. They are nice on the inside but somewhat hard on the outside. I am getting better though.
