Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style
I thought this was a good recipe to top fish off, but next time I will use a different fish, perhaps tilapia.

Crab Crusted Grouper
I used this topping on tilapia and it is always delicious! I use green bell pepper instead of jalapeno, and I never did find any parmesan cheese bread crumbs, so what I do, is I add 1 T of bread crumbs, and 1 T of parmesan cheese. It's still really good!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
These are absolutely delicious! I crave them all the time. I find it easy to use the canned chicken, it's really easy to just put it in a pan and shred it up with a spatula. I also don't use the green chilies or black olives. Other than that, everything is the same (although I never do measure out my cheese! :), so I prob do use more than that!)
