Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
I didn't care for this at all. I love suash and liked the idea but the sauce just didn't work for me, it was thin and runny. There wasn't much flavor, it was extremely mild but the flavor that was there I did not enjoy. Would maybe be better with a "cream of" other than celery and some added seasoning.

Meaty Thick Man Chili
This is an awesome recipe! Sometimes we fix it "as is" sometimes we will cut down he meat and use black beans and corn for a different style. I rarely enjoy chili, but LOVE this recipe!

Best Ever Split Pea
Used all green peas and made this in my slow cooker. It rocks!! Used some red pepper instead of carrots
