Mexican-Style Goulash
This was the easiest potluck dish I ever made. I doubled the recipe, added more pasta to stretch it a bit. Also added cumin and more chili powder. I made it the night before, so I topped it with the cheese and baked it at 250 to heat up. very delicious and oooh so easy....
