My best friend brought this to our weekly get together, we really enjoyed it! I asked for the recipe before she left lol. BUT, it is essentially the nacho dip my mom made me as a kid, but with chicken and pasta instead of chips. If you can get past the fact its queso dip on spaghetti it's really good =)

We really like these!! I don't know if it's just me, but the cooking time isn't right for my oven (but usually my oven cooks just fine). I have yet to have the PERFECT batch because so far they are either a little burned or little soggy (if i leave them in the whole time they are black!). The seasoning is really good (don't be shy with it!) I'll keep experimenting with oven temps and times until i get it right for my oven. But they are really tasty! Thanks

This was really good!!! I let it marinate overnight and we had it for dinner the next day. It was so easy to just whip it up the night before and throw it on the grill the next day!! It looks like it would have a lot more flavor than it does (especially in my case, after marinating overnight), BUT it's still really GOOD! I will use this marinade for anything that calls for grilled chicken from now on. We can't wait to try out grilled chicken clubs with it, or maybe even fajitas! Thanks!!!
