I'm a 23 year old Media professional who seems to be having a young mid life crisis and now just can't stop baking. It came out of the blue and now I am slowly making my family fatter and fatter because I just can't stop baking cakes. Cupcakes!!!! I've seriously loved these things since visiting a Cupcake shop in Vancouver on my travels. I walked in that shop 22 years old and came out 5 years old again. I love how they're amazingly delicious and that you can make them look so great. Used to be watching my Mum cook - now she's fighting to get in the kitchen. My first evry beautifully girly pink cupcakes inspired by the Diva cupcake from Vancouver's 'Original Cupcake' shop. Realising that things can go wrong with double cream after i 'over whipped' it.
