I just made this recipe into White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cupcakes! Thank you to everyone for all the ways to create variations. I swapped the shortening for oil, used three eggs, whipped the egg whites...added 9 oz of premier white chips and 4 ounces of chopped macadamia nuts. They are divine! I could not have made them if it was not for this recipe! Thanks Janet!
