Apple Oatmeal Cookies I
I love these cookies & so does my neighbors!! These are so light and tasty! They are more like muffun tops instead of traditional cookies, they would probably make good muffins, i might try that next.

Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie
I still can't believe I made a pumpkin pie from a pumpkin!! It was delisious! I did change it a bit, added twice the spices and about 3/4 can of evaporated milk. Using the potato masher instead of food processor makes it a little chunky, but overall, it tasted excellant!!!!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats
I put 1 cup pumpkin and 1 cup peanut butter. They turned out like little doggie cookies and my dog loves them.
