Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

This recipe has ruined all other brownies for me. I don't think there is another brownie to compare to how delicious this is. I took other peoples suggestions and used half brown sugar and half regular, and I also rather semisweet chunks over the chips. AMAZING!

Creamy Baked Cheesecake

Perfect. I don't even like cheesecake and this was good! My husband asked me to make a raspberry swirl cheesecake for him, so I simply swirled in some raspberry pie filling. Delicious.

Green Bean Casserole I

This was pretty bland. I thought the cheese in the sour cream would help, but I've definately had much better green bean casseroles.

Cheesy Catfish

I normally study the reviews before trying out a new recipe, but this time I forgot to. I'm so glad I didn't b/c I probably wouldn't have made it if I had. The catfish turned out great, I don't eat fish, but my husband was raving about it. I made it exactly as the recipe called for. The only thing I did differently was to add a touch of lemon pepper seasoning to the tops of the catfish before pouring on the butter. I also had to bake it for another 5 minutes. Don't listen to the other reviews, the recipe is great as-is.

Stuffed Flounder

Amazing! I added mushrooms to the stuffing mix which really helped and my grocer had a deal on shrimp so I used that instead of crab. Over all this recipe is wonderful. I didn't know how to prepare the flounder to be stuffed so I wish the recipe had explained that, but once I found out it was pretty simple and went over well as an anniversary dinner for my husband.

Shepherd's Pie Daddy's Way

Delicious! Especially as left overs. I added steamed carrots to the top which really helped. Of course I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of sliced american. And I only used regular cream of mushroom, but either way will be wonderful I'm sure. I also added onions, chopped celery and white pepper to the hamburger meat while it was cooking. Absolutely wonderful!
