My favorite things to cook
Cooking traditional mexican recipes are what I love the best, I simply love my heritage and try my best to keep it going with the generations since my great, great, grandma is still alive! I also enjoy new recipes every now and then! I will try to post some weight watchers cooking on here as well because I am currently on weight watchers and know it will come in handy for some women.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking Tamales durning Christmas with my family and my husbands family. I always try to do stuff for the kids in my family like baking for Halloween with pumkin carving and cider!
My cooking triumphs
Learning how to cook from the region of Mexico my husbands family is from. YUMMY!
My cooking tragedies
One time I tried to make macaroni like my grandma and it was dissssscccusssting lol!! Also I tried to make spicey shrimps that my dad makes with chili and butter, oh my god another failure ickkkkk so nasty! lol

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I LOVE THIS COOKIE, I accidentally added a 1teaspoon of all the spices and they still tasted wonderful, they pop that's for sure! I added chocolate chips to half the batch, great idea! Next time I want to make them with out messing up the measurements! The cake like cookie is amazing!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits
This was really yummy! I made fresh bisquicks and cooked them only half the the time, then added them to rest of the dish. Everyone said it was bland so I add worchestershire sauce and corn, pretty much whatever veggies you want, one thing I didn't like the celery much.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies can be tricky and if you get it right they are soo moist and chewy and delicious! I made them the way it says to make them and came out great, also I used jiff peanut butter. The second time I tried like people said, vanilla and less sugar, chocolate chips. It was a horrible cookie, i also used skippy this time and it did taste the same. I say make them the way they say and use Jiff!!
