Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I followed the recipe but added a few things frozen peas, corn and bay leaves (not crushed). My husband and co-workers loved it. I will make this again.

Posole Soup
Very easy to make. Husband states its authentic and very very good. Just like the Posole in California. We live in Michigan.
