AWESOME! It's crunchy but not too crunchy. Perfect recipe for crunch. For my chicken, I used Tyson's tender strip chicken. I used potato flakes, Italian bread crumbs, and two eggs. I deep fried them for about 8 minutes. Next time I will season the chicken first before coating them.
