Maryland Pumpkin Seeds
Old Bay is good for more than just seafood! I used 1 1/2 tbsp of butter instead of spray and they were YUMMY! We will make these again next Halloween.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice
I followed some advice and only used 4 Tbsp of sugar and it was plenty. But they turned out great! And they ARE addictive! We will be making these next Halloween.

Crab Quiche II
My three boys wanted crab omelets made out of the crab we had just caught. But since that is way too much work for 5, this was the compromise. I used an extra egg and crab, and sour cream instead of mayo. I also threw in some green onion. For seasoning, I used Old Bay (a must for crab). It took a little longer to bake than the recipe said, but it turned out pretty good. I will make it again, and probably tweek it a little more. :o)
