I love wholesome, homemade, delicious food. I am a wife and mother and really enjoy cooking for my family. And my husband cooks as well . . . so the most fun is when we're in the kitchen together. What I strive for is nutritious, economical, and time-saving foods. I am starting to use my bread machine and am new to baking, but am enjoying it. My favorite cooking would be the daily meals I put on the table. I try to keep them simple, yet delicious and healthy. My husband's specialties are baking, making fresh pasta, and pies/desserts. So together we are a great team!!

Shortcut Stroganoff
I actually changed this a lot just bec. I was looking for a recipe to make quickly with the few ingredients that I had. I made it with long pasta, chicken broth, no beef, golden mushroom soup, and half-n-half instead of sour cream. Guess what?! It was still delicious, so I am adding it to my recipe box and making it correctly next time. Delicious!
