I liked it, but my kids didn't like the taste of sun-dried tomato too much... I might use it less and add some chicken the next time.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

It's very good! My kids love it, and it sure taste like cheesecake, especially if you mixed it with cocoa powder--it's just like chocolate cheesecake:)

Crackers a la Yvette

I made this for the first time to a neighborhood gathering and everyone loved it, even the kids~! I have no leftover and am planning to make some more:)

I have made this cake several times as round cake and cupcake. I used cream cheese frosting with chopped strawberries for filling and iced the top with cream cheese frosting decorated with whole strawberries then drizzle the chocolate on top. It came out nice and my kids loved it! I am going to use this recipe as a sheet cake and make an Indiana Jones cake for my son's 9th birthday party next week. --Update-- My sons liked the cake and couldn't get enough of it~! It might be a little different than I imagined, but I had fun making it and the birthday boy was happy, so everything worked out:)

Frog Cupcakes

I have made this cupcake to send in for my son's first grade class as his birthday treat. Everyone whom saw them were all amazed by how cute they were! I posted the picture on my FB, and I got good comments:) Thanks for the idea!
