Baked Ziti II
So incredibly plain. I added ground meat to make it more hearty and it tasted like hamburger helper. My 2-year old nephew liked it though.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
I don't really understand the rave reviews. I followed the directions exactly, and while they WERE good, they were definitely not 5-star, and definitely not as good as restaurant potatoes.

Chicken Marsala
This recipe was just OK. I added a mixture of half and half and cornstarch to make an actual sauce. I really don't think we would have liked it at all if I hadn't added that. This recipe wasn't nearly as good as restaurant chicken marsala.
