Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Made this for Eater Sunday and it was fantastic. Used chopped garlic in each layer. Used grated cheddar cheese between layers and sliced manchego on top. Partially cooked at 325 degrees and partially cooked at 350 degress. Topped with grated parmesan. It was excellent!!!
