Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

A great recipe! WE LOVE IT! Kids said it tasted like pumpkin pie pancakes! The only thing I changed was to add a big teaspoon of cinnamon to the mix. We are big fans of butter so we didn't even cut it back.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

DELICIOUS! A lovely salad to just sit and eat! We enjoy eating it with pita. Our family doubled the spices and lime juice but that is pretty normal for us, we are big on SPICY!

My favorite banana cookie recipe. Cake like and so soft! Cut the sugar in half and used three bananas and couldn't leave them alone!

Oh my kids couldn't stop asking for these after I made them the first time. I try different variations with the spices in the meatballs each time and we love them with Masala! A favorite in our home!
