Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
I can't believe that this was sooo good. I followed the instruction to the "T". I did double up on the gravy, though. I also think that the burned garlic was the best part, as did my wife & pit bull. I had steamed broccoli and baked potatoes. It was superb. Please try this recipe, you wont regret it!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this chili last year and I am still getting requests for it. I pretty much made it the way the recipe says, i think. It's almost 100 degrees in TX but I had a request yesterday. I couldnt believe it!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I ran out of aunt jamiah or however you spell it. I was feeling brave and typed in pancake recipes on Google and got this one. My wife came in and sat down, she tasted them and smugly commented that she wished that we had more aunt jamimah. She suddenly smiled when she tasted them saying thank God I had found that box that she thought she had thrown away. I laughed and told her it was a recipe from the net. She now forbids aunt jamimiah in our home now. It was superb with the vanilla extract and a bit less salt. Thanks Grandma!!
