Added a little extra seasoning and salt to the meat because it was a little bland at first. 5 Stars though, whole family inhaled it.

I had a little doubt at first with the fish sauce but I didn't change a thing in this recipe and so glad! This is a huge hit with my family. I have made it several times now..We eat it with a little peanut sauce on the side. MMM Wonderful!

Mixed feelings. I used Splenda as the sugar substitute, which was not over powering in our opinion. I also added a tsp of Haitian Vanilla extract which is a little stronger than what is sold in most grocery stores. They were very yummy, the inside was very soft and melted in your mouth. When we make cookies in this house, we have a tendency to devour them right away while they are nice and warm. To my disappointment they were pretty dry and crumbly but I did notice that as they cooled, they held up a little better. So next time we will resist the urge and wait for them to cool. So ridiculously simple to make and very budget friendly as well.

Spices were definitely overwhelming. The apples with the chicken was a nice refreshing change from the norm. We liked it but I would definitely follow the advice of many reviewers and tone down the spices next time.

This is 5+++++ star in my family. I am asked to make it often. Make no changes to this recipe, perfect as is.

I add a can of chicken broth as well for the extra flavor and it turned out great. By the way, stick to a white or yellow onion, first time I tried this was with a red onion and it was way too over powering.

I think next time I will use a little less melted butter over the top before sprinkling and cinnamin & sugar. Was a bit much. Other than that it's very yummy!

I have made these for several years after a friend of mine introduced the recipe to me. I absolutely LOVE these cookies, my all time favorite hands down. Wouldn't change a thing about the recipe, never have. They come out perfect every time!

My fiance and I absolutely loved this recipe. This is a very easy recipe to modify, add extras to and have some fun with. The only thing I want to do different next time is find a less messy way to soften and stuff the tortillas.

My fiance really liked it but he likes just about anything. I was not satisfied with the way it turned out. It was just 'ok', it just tasted way too much like tomato soup. I think next time I will try it with less tomato sauce and I will steam the carrots longer so they come out softer.

I added about 3 cups of sliced mushrooms to it as well. LOVED this recipe!
