Ricotta Gnocchi
This should be called "my first gnocci", since its simplicity attracts newcomers like myself. it was delicious and still something of a blank slate, so everyone should aler it as much as they please! deserving of the email spotlight!

Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce With Feta and Wine
Inexpensive, and so delicious! We did a whole cup of Feta, but I'm guessing that there is a difference between a packed 3/4c and loose 1c. We also sauteed some shrimp first, to boost the protein for my pregnant vegetarian wife! I served it on a simple lemon rice pilaf(regular rice with some juice and zest, onions, a little thyme). Amazing! One of the best on the site.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice
I am so glad I went with this pumpkin seed recipe! I used a bit more spice, and it took my electric stove a bit longer than 45 seconds to melt the sugar, but slow toasting and candy coating is the way to go!
