Coconut Cream Pie

Great recipe once I got it right. I burned the mixture twice. I then only cooked it on low and it worked great. I added extra coconut due to the post that said it didn't taste very coconutty. I will make this again.

This recipe is really great. I made it in a bowl because I was afraid it wouldn't work to mix it in a pie plate. Now, I think it would have worked just fine.
