I thought this recipe is perfect the way it is! The only thing I did different was I didnt add any veggies, potatoes or the foil and I removed the skin off the chicken and browned it on the stove before placing it in a roasting pan added chicken broth for liquid breast up and cooked 2 whole chickens at 350 for about 1.5 hrs and I was able to remove the legs and wings just by twisting them! 6 thumbs up from our house
