Campfire Hash
I thought this was very good but I did make a few changes as I was cooking it. I used golden potatoes and steamed them for about 10 minutes before starting with the recipe instructions. I wanted to make sure the potatoes were fully cooked. This helped. I followed the recipe with the following changes: I sauteed the onion and garlic in unsalted butter instead of oil; added a dash of white pepper; and added a few cubes of Velveeta as a final step. The light cheese coating really added flavor to the polish beef sausage and potatoes. I will definitely make this again.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
This was pretty good. It is quite salty, so keep that in mind if you do not like salty foods. (I substituted Heinz Chili Sauce for the Ketchup because I always subsitute Chili Sauce for Ketchup - it's so much tastier.) I grated cheddar cheese and sprinkled on top during the last few minutes of baking. I'll probably make it again sometime.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue
This was wonderful! I was unable to find Emmentaler Cheese exactly, so I substituted a high quality swiss. I also used high quality gruyere and sharp cheddar. (The cheeses were pricey, but I think you have a better result with better cheese selections.) I chose to add Sauvignon Blanc for the wine. We dipped summer sausuage, steamed asparagus, steamed dutch white mini potatoes, pear wedges, and french bread. Everything tasted great! (Especially the pears.)
