Guacamole
Fabulous guacamole recipe! So easy and scrumptious! I didn't have lime and it was fine without it, still kept the color with the slight acidity of tomatoes and juice. 1/2 tsp of salt was plenty (even for me, a salt lover). The colors in this are really nice, especially with purple onion.
