Roasted Pork Loin

Delicious! I am not a big pork loin fan, but made this for my boyfriend and we both loved it. Served with homemade pesto and fettuccine for an extra garlicky treat.

I LOVE this bread. So easy to make and I always get positive reviews/recipe requests. I am still working on getting it to rise a bit more- I have tried letting it sit out 30 minutes before baking, which helps, but still working on it. (Also using the self-rising flour "cheat" as described by other reviewers.)

Key Lime Pie VII

I have made this several times with key limes and once by mixing lemon/lime juice in a pinch. Always a hit. The only bad part is juicing all the tiny limes. :)

Parmesan Herb Bread

This was delicious and super easy to make. We ate about half the loaf right out of the oven. A bit dry the second day, but awesome toasted.

Cowboy Casserole

I thought this was yummy and a great addition to my ground beef repertoire. I added some extra seasoning/bbq sauce to perk up the baked beans and substituted turkey bacon and homemade cheddar biscuits for the canned. I am excited to take this recipe camping when summer rolls around.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

This has become one of my boyfriend's favorite dinners and was also a big hit with my family on Christmas Eve. I substitute feta for blue cheese because of pick eaters and as recommended by other reviewers, add a tablespoon of light mayo to help everything stick along with turkey bacon instead of regular. Thanks so much for this great recipe!

Dirty Martini Cheese Spread

Parmesan Fondue

This was delicious! I used 1/2 cup wine in place of 1/2 cup of the milk and a blend of parmesan and asiago cheeses. We weren't able to eat all of it the first night but it actually reheated perfectly the next day. I am excited to incorporate this recipe into a pasta dish as well.
