Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
My husband loved this. He said it was the first meatloaf he's ever liked. I followed the recipe except I used a honey bbq instead of ketchup. It was so good. The cheese does bubble a little, but if you split the recipie into two loaf pans, so they aren't overly full, it's no problem.

Southwestern Turkey Casserole
I omitted the cream of mushroom soup and added a jar of salsa. I also added some corn and black beans, and a packet of taco seasoning. I'm sure a pack of fajita seasoning would be good as well. I used more cheese than called for because we love cheese. It was great!

Amazingly Good Eggnog
I wasn't sure what light cream was, so we used regular whipping cream. It was way to thick and I had to thin it with more milk. Next time I will use half and half. I also halved the Rum. Otherwise, yummy!
