I followed this recipe though made it on the stove top as I didn't have enough time for the slow cooker. I cooked the chicken first then shredded it and added it in. Excellent of blend of flavor and texture! I forgot to add the can of tomato sauce but found I didn't need it. I added about a cup of chicken stock instead of the beer.

First time I ever made homemade mac n cheese, I thought this came out very good. It was creamy. There's a ton of sauce but it all does get soaked up by the noodles. I didn't have dried mustard so used a t of dijon mustard. It came out great and reheated well.

This came out well. I followed directions except didn't have time to cook rice so used orzo which was a perfect addition. Used thin chops. I'd like to try this with chicken also.
