Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
First time I ever made homemade mac n cheese, I thought this came out very good. It was creamy. There's a ton of sauce but it all does get soaked up by the noodles. I didn't have dried mustard so used a t of dijon mustard. It came out great and reheated well.
