Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This recipe is very tasty and gets 5 stars for how quick and easy it is. I have made it for fish lovers and those that aren't (like me and everyone else in my house) and it always goes over big. So yummy!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Wow, I can't believe how great this turned out! The same Chicago Italian Beef taste my husband and I crave. Shredded is better than sliced but only because I can't seem to slice it thin enough. I wish I had a deli slicer!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
Tasty! Much less salty (and better) if you don't use most of the powder from the soup mix. I also use whatever whole grain crackers I have on hand...cheese, plain wheat whatever. My husband and 5 year old are never thrilled with meatloaf and this one is no exception. I slip it in every now and again though because I like it.
