AMAZING!!! You have so many options with this recipe, it can never get old. The only change I made was to add only a 1/2 can of frosting. It seems to be plenty. Enjoy!

This was SOOOOO good. I love soup in the winter and this hit the spot. I cut the recipe in half and it still made enough for my husband and I to have dinner and a couple lunches. Even better that its so good for you:)

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

AMAZING!!! I only made two changes. I used 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix instead of what was listed and I only added 1/2 cup of butter. I kept everything else the same and it was great. We had some friends over for dinner and by the time we got up only 1/4 of the pan was left. You cant go wrong with this. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Linguine with Clams

Good and easy to do. Even better the next day. My husband LOVED IT! He is the fish guy, it was a little to fishy for me. Next time I wont add all the clam juice. We did fallow another reader advice and added bacon which added alot of great flavor to the dish.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

This was AMAZING!! It was so fast and easy to make using things that you normally have in the house. It was an instant family fav.....even my 3yr and 1 yr old loved it! We added 2 cans stewed tomatoes and a can of white beans as well and actually fried stips of tortilla to use instead of chips.....mmmmmm amazing. Then top with celantro, alvacado, and sour cream!!!
