I enjoyed these pork chops...very moist with a "comfort food" taste. Next time, I might try a larger can of soup. I had to add water several times. I am looking forward to making these again!

I made this for dinner last night (with a few changes) and my family enjoyed it. I used tomato sauce AND diced tomatoes. I also added Worcestershire sauce, mustard and olives to add a little more zip. I served my round steak over rice and it was excellent. I made mine on the stove, but think it would be very good in a crock pot as well.

I've made this salad three times now and received many compliments. My family loves it and I took it to a PotLuck where it was the first salad to disappear! I will make this salad in the fall and winter when other fresh ingredients are not at their peak. I used olive oil (instead of Canola)and red wine vinegar (instead of taragon) and red leaf lettuce (instead of romaine).
