Butter Brickle Frozen Delight
Simply delicious! I cut the white sugar in half, and did use butterscotch sauce. Very rich, but not too sweet at all. Perfect dessert for a big crowd, since you don't have to serve large slices of it. I also used a 9x13 pan since I dont have a springform pan. I froze for 5 hours and it seemed perfect. Yummy! Cant wait to make again and take to my next family gathering.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
OMG!!! This was delicious. I have needed a recipe for a pork roast, since I make them frequently (to get away from too much red meat) but I find them boring and lacking flavor, even when I season them well. This was wonderful. I also love that this is the type of recipe you can make for guests and know that everyone is going to love it, without a doubt!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I have a 4 mini loaf pan I have never used, so I doubled the recipe and baked at 350 for 30 minutes, as another reviewer stated. These were absolutely delicious! I did make one minor change, I substituted the sugar for Splenda sugar blend.
