I would not recommend these. Mine have barely any flavor. I substituted white flour for the wheat, but I don't know how much of a difference it could have made.

Mango-Banana Smoothie

This smoothie was refreshing and filling. I cut up a fresh mango and froze it for the mango pieces, which made the smoothie even sweeter. No sugar was needed, which is a healthful bonus.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

I will admit that these tasted delicious and melted in your mouth as named, but burnt on the edges and melted to a point where they were as flat as pancakes. I will keep looking for the perfect shortbread recipe.

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

These were the best homemade chocolate chip cookies that I have ever tasted! They were so moist and the instant coffee gave them a great twist. I will definitely be making these quite often.

Three-Berry Lemon Trifle

This recipe was my first trifle, and it was simple and delicious! It made for a great display because of the colors from the fruit. The heaviness of the evaporated milk was a bit too much for me, but everyone else loved it.

Blueberry Nut Oat Bran Muffins

This was a good recipe for bran muffins, but lacked some flavor. I substituted two eggs for the egg substitute and put fruit and nut granola on top. Delicious!

Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Amazing! This is one of the best chocolate chip cookie recipes I've ever made. They have a great texture b/c of the yogurt. If vanilla nonfat yogurt is used, they have even better flavor! I cut down on the shortening and used slightly more yogurt in order to make them healthier.

Shortbread Cookies II

These cookies definitely were melt-in-your-mouth but were slightly difficult to bake. Just remember to remove them from the oven when the edges are beginning to brown/toast. This was the 1st shortbread I have ever made, and I'm guessing that there was just something missing.

Plain Caramel Apples

These tasted great, just like your original caramel apple. It was interesting to experiment with different types of apples and taste the flavor differences. Coating them went fine until the caramel began to cool and got a bit temperamental.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

This is the best recipe out there for chocolate peanut butter chip cookies! Mine were made on a stone and came out equally as great on a metal sheet. They stay soft and fresh for days after baking!
