White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II
These were amazing! I followed the recipe, except used a baking stone, and they were perfect- cripsy edges, chewy middle!

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup
I was really expecting this soup to be delicious, but it was a little bland for me. It just needs something a little more. Maybe more leeks and garlic, a less couscous...?
