Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

i originally got these cookies off kraftfoods.com and even though i'm a milk/dark chocolate lover, i LOVE these cookies!! I get requests every Christmas and can't wait to make them again this season! Make sure to have the full amount of mix ins... Otherwise towards the end of the dough the cookies will be very flat

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

yum and yum! I too added the sauce to the apples and also added a splash of vanilla and some cinnamon and nutmeg. However the recipe calls for WAY too many apples!! I only used 6 and i still had way too much spilling out of my pie that i had to make a mini pie. Next time i would do 4 or 5

Apple Crisp II

good! cut recipe in half and made in 8x8 pan (used about 1 1/2 times the amount of topping, didn't melt butter, just cut in). The flavor was good and tasted yummy served warm with vanilla ice cream. Used golden delicious and i think next time i would use a more sour apple like granny smith. I rated it a 3 only because i think it was missing something that gave it that extra punch... more spices maybe? or maybe just the more sour apples will do?

yummy and SO RICH!! made in a 8x8 pan and served warm with vanilla ice cream... it was pretty eggy for me - i might try one egg yolk less (and i used more bread)

yum! i followed Crystal's changes and this cookie was easy and tasty. I stored them in the refrigerator, but they were definitely best warm. Next time would serve them right out of the oven

Easy Granola Bars

quick and easy! I loved the review of adding 3 c. oats and 3-4 c. "whatever" - - thats what we did and we loved it! I need to play around more with what would taste best and be healthy but as of now... i'm loving my combo:)

super easy recipe and was very good! I made as is (although i cooked it a little too long - 55 minutes - so it was a little chewier) and I think i would like to add a little cheddar cheese and diced chillis or melted butter on the top or something else to give it a little more kick

Baked Lemon-Basil Pasta

YUM! omitted the sour cream and just added a few T of fat free half and half to add creaminess but significantly cut back on the fat and calories:) A rich, yummy baked pasta without the guilt!!

Baked Pesto Chicken

yum! I just sprinkled with a pesto mix packet, baked for 40 minutes at 350, then added fresh homegrown tomatoes and mozzerella cheese and baked for 10-15 more minutes - served with whole wheat pasta! so easy!

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

good basic recipe. I marinated the chicken in 1/4 c of italian dressing and then used (3!) of my parents' homegrown tomatoes, sauteed with onion, garlic, basil and olive oil. Tastes wonderfully fresh!
