Ham 'N' Cheese Pie
Quick and easy. A good way to use up left over ham. I will make this again.

Egg Salad English Muffins
I prepared the night before. I put the english muffins in the toaster and then added the egg mixture and topped with cheese. I did not add the meat. Everyone loved it!

Strawberry Trifle
Easy and tastes great! We made 2 over the Christmas holidays and they were gobbled up. Easy to put together but looks like you did a lot of work. We omitted the banana because of a family member with allergies and used real whip cream.
